Important Information

• The conference will be held in Hybrid Mode


• The maximum page limit is six pages including references. No author biography at the end.


• In case additional pages are necessary, pages up to 8 pages are permitted subject to payment of Rs. 700 ($15) extra per each additional page.


• The details regarding the platform for the virtual attendees of the conference and how to access it will be provided via E-mail, after registration.


• Attendee Registration includes access to all technical sessions and keynotes .

Registration Guidelines For Authors

• Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee by one of the authors.


• IEEE members are requested to provide the IEEE membership number and upload IEEE Membership Card during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category. IEEE Membership validation will be done after registration, failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.


• Students need to upload their valid student ID card during registration process, if registering under student category failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.


• Please keep a copy of the transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration.


• All correspondence regarding your registration for IPRECON 2022 should contain your Paper ID, and registration confirmation number

Registration Conditions For Co-Authors (Co-Presenters)

Notice: All the co-authors (co-presenter) will be given full access to all the sessions and the conference. IPRECON 2022 Organizing Committee will provide you with all the session links in case of virual attendee.

This registration is only for those co-authors (co-presenter) who wish to present the paper and acquire a presentation certificate.

Co-Authors (Co-Presenter) willing to acquire the Certificate of Presentation kindly follow these guidelines:

• This registration is only applicable to authors/co-authors who are willing to present the paper and avail a presentation certificate.


• This registration is valid only if the paper is already registered with a primary author.


• This co-author (co-presenter) can avail the presentation certificate only if he/she actively engages in the Q/A session after the video presentation of the paper.


• This payment for the co-author (co-presenter) registration is non-refundable.


• The co-author needs to attach the payment receipt of the primary registered author for that paper to complete the co-author (co-presenter) registration.


• During the registration process the co-author (co-presenter) has to upload the following documents in the appropriate slots.
  
  
  • Name of the primary registered author
  
  
  • Transaction Receipt of the primary registered author
  
  
  • Paper ID of submitted paper
  
  
  • IEEE membership (if IEEE Member category is chosen)
  
  
  • Student ID card (if Student category is chosen) - Given ID should be valid for the year 2022


• The author/co-author (co-presenter) can present the paper either together or one author can present. But both authors need to attend the conference either physically or virtually at the paper presentation session and also actively engage in the Q/A sessions.


• If you are not satisfying any of the conditions mentioned above, IPRECON 2022 Organizing Committee has the right to hold the co-author’s (co-presenters) certificate of presentation and the registration will be invalid.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

• In case an author wants to cancel the registration, refund of registration fee will be made after deduction of cancellation charge (50% of the registration fees), if written notification is received before 10th-December-2022. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation must be notified to the organizers in writing by sending e-mail to [email protected].


• All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the refund. Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be done only after the conference.


• Each accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author present the paper at the conference (in case of both virual and physical atendee). Non-presented paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
